In the absence of such a written agreement, the engagement is governed by these Terms and any applicable statements of work, proposals, or invoices.
All intellectual property developed during a consulting engagement remains the property of OmniPath unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Memberships and Subscriptions
If you purchase a membership, subscription, or digital access plan (“Membership”), you agree to pay all associated fees as described at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

You may cancel anytime by contacting billing@omnipath.com or through your account portal.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
We may modify or discontinue certain Membership benefits at any time, with reasonable notice to active members.

Payment and Billing
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Wix Payments). We do not store or have access to full credit card details.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize OmniPath to charge your designated payment method for all fees due.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension of access to Services.

Intellectual Property
All content, materials, trademarks, and designs on the OmniPath website and within our Services—including logos, text, graphics, documents, frameworks, playbooks, and technology—are owned by OmniPath or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our materials solely for personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or publicly display our materials without prior written permission.
