Cancellation Policy
Omnipath Plan Policies & Terms of Engagement Scope of Services Services will be provided as outlined in the selected package (e.g., Strategy Audit, Optimization Project, Digital Product Sprint, Fractional Strategy Partner). Deliverables will be specified in the engagement agreement or statement of work prior to commencement. Any work outside the agreed scope (additional workshops, expanded deliverables, or extended timelines) may require a change order and will be billed separately. Fees & Payment Entry-Level Plans: Payment is due in full upon booking. Mid-Tier Projects: 50% deposit required to initiate work, 50% upon delivery of final deliverables. Ongoing Programs: Monthly retainer invoiced at the beginning of each month. Payments are due within 15 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Scheduling & Availability Client is responsible for providing access to stakeholders, materials, and information required to complete the engagement. Meetings and sessions will be scheduled during standard business hours (Eastern Time), unless mutually agreed otherwise. For ongoing programs, availability will be limited to the agreed-upon hours/days per month. Cancellations & Rescheduling Entry-Level Sessions: May be rescheduled once with 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations are non-refundable. Projects/Programs: Engagements cancelled by the client after initiation are non-refundable; however, unused future months of retainers may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all non-public information shared during the engagement. Omnipath, LLC will not disclose client data, materials, or strategies without written consent. Intellectual Property Any frameworks, playbooks, tools, or assets provided remain the intellectual property of Omnipath, LLC. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials internally for the purposes of the engagement. Redistribution, resale, or external publication of these materials without prior written consent is prohibited. Client Responsibilities Timely access to stakeholders, decision-makers, and required data/information is essential for project success. Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines or outcomes; Omnipath, LLC is not responsible for missed results due to client delays.
